Senior Executive (Compliance & ERM)

About the role

The Senior Executive (Compliance & ERM) will support the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and compliance programmes. This role works closely with business units to ensure risks are identified, assessed and mitigated in line with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the ERM Framework and Compliance Risk Policy.
• Support the creation and upkeep of ERM and compliance policies, processes and internal controls.
• Conduct horizon scanning for industry developments, emerging risks and regulatory changes.
• Perform regular risk and compliance assessments across sectors such as healthcare, construction, manpower and data protection.
• Guide stakeholders in identifying processes, risks and controls, and maintain relevant registers.
• Support the coordination of Control Self‑Attestation (CSA) exercises and analyse results to identify gaps.
• Assist in incident management, investigation, documentation and validation of corrective actions.
• Prepare regular risk and compliance reports for management and oversight committees.
• Support the delivery of risk management and compliance training sessions for employees.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance, risk management or related fields.
• Familiarity with regulations in healthcare, building and construction, manpower and data protection.
• Ability to advise stakeholders on risk and compliance implications of business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring key risk indicators and CSA results.
