Parent Experience Manager

About the role

Cognita Schools is recruiting a Parent Experience Manager for the Australian International School in Singapore. The role combines retention, community engagement and parent feedback, working closely with Marketing and supporting the school's safeguarding and recruitment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual retention and re-contracting cycle, sequenced as fee communication, then contract, then invoice.
• Maintain the at-risk indicator review, ensure every flagged family has a documented intervention, and lead withdrawal conversations with recorded reasons.
• Own the community and belonging programme, quality assuring every community and transition touchpoint against the PX Centre of Excellence standard.
• Run the volunteer and parent ambassador programmes, including recruitment by year group and termly briefings, and liaise with the parent association; absorb alumni and alumni-parent activity where no dedicated role exists.
• Lead closed-loop Voice of Parent feedback so families see what changed, and analyse participation and retention data by year group and tenure.
• Support prospective-parent activity such as open houses, group tours and signature events, and help with admissions support.
• Work with Marketing to localise community, referral and retention campaigns for enrolled families.
• Lead, develop and quality assure the work of Parent Experience Executives, including liaison seats where they exist.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the international school or education sector, or in hospitality or marketing functions on localised campaigns.
• Prior experience in managing staff.
