Part-Time Lecturer – Care, Serve, Learn (CSL)

About the role

NTU Singapore is seeking a part‑time lecturer to lead the new Care, Serve, and Learn (CSL) initiative, a compulsory, credit‑bearing course series for undergraduates starting Academic Year 2025. The role blends classroom teaching with community‑service facilitation to develop socially responsible graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual lectures and facilitation sessions.
• Engage students in societal impact projects and ensure active participation.
• Manage course administration, including attendance, online materials, and academic counselling.
• Assess reflection journals and mid‑term reports, provide feedback, and enter grades.
• Create and maintain learning resources and course materials.
• Monitor student progress at service sites, report performance, and support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners while upholding NTU’s values of integrity, care, and impact.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
