Part-Time Property Operations Executive (3 days/week)

About the role

We are looking for a practical, responsible and proactive Part‑Time Property Operations Executive to support day‑to‑day operations of our property portfolio. The role combines office and on‑site work, handling tenants, contractors, maintenance matters and inspections across three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant enquiries and operational requests.
• Follow up on maintenance and property‑related matters.
• Coordinate appointments with tenants, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct scheduled property inspections and move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Handle key handovers and ensure unit readiness.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as utilities, service contracts and vendor invoices.
• Perform first‑line troubleshooting and minor practical fixes.
• Visit properties to inspect reported issues and determine appropriate actions.
• Coordinate contractors, obtain quotations, compare prices and supervise works.
• Monitor renovation progress, check completed works and prepare units for leasing.

Required profile

• Responsible, dependable and proactive.
• Comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors and vendors.
• Practical and willing to inspect issues personally.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple follow‑ups.
• Comfortable travelling between properties in Singapore.
• Able to work both in office and on‑site.
• Clear communication in English.
• Willing to learn about property operations and find practical solutions.
