Part-Time Student Care Teacher (Clementi & CCK)

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Student Care Teacher to support our centres in Clementi and Choa Chu Kang. The role involves supervising children aged 5‑6 (Primary 5/6) during after‑school hours, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with the Centre Manager and teaching team to deliver the student‑care curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager and teaching team in planning and delivering student‑care activities and curriculum.
• Perform MSF‑required administrative duties and maintain service quality for audit purposes.
• Coach students with their schoolwork and organise learning‑support sessions.
• Prepare and maintain the learning environment to meet students’ needs.
• Develop and follow lesson plans in line with the Curriculum team’s standards.
• Ensure children’s health, safety and hygiene at all times.
• Communicate with parents through conferences, open houses and other sharing sessions.
• Collaborate on project‑based assignments and contribute to seminars or workshops.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related educational or student‑care role.
• Ability to work weekdays from 1 pm to 7 pm.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to child welfare.
