Part‑Time Service Crew (Flexible Shifts)

About the role

Join MERCI MARCEL, a relaxed French‑style social destination, as a Service Crew member. You will work in one of our nine outlets across Singapore, providing friendly, efficient service to guests during either morning or evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Advise guests on menu and wine selections.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and management.
• Prepare and maintain table settings and service areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the dining environment.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly.

Required profile

• Willingness to commit long‑term (20‑30 hours per week).
• Availability for at least four days a week on fixed shifts (9 AM‑3 PM or 6 PM‑11 PM).
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a customer‑service mindset.
