Payroll Assistant – Full‑time, SGD 3000, Jurong

About the role

Join a dynamic HR team as a Payroll Assistant on a 5‑day work week in Jurong. You will provide essential payroll and administrative support, ensuring smooth processing of employee compensation and related HR documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR department with payroll administration and data entry.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate internal and external training registrations for staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and personnel files.
• Handle onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• Support IRAS submissions and other routine HR tasks.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in payroll or related HR functions.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a keen eye for detail.
