People & Culture Executive

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Executive to join our Singapore team and support our retail business. This role offers hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for retail and office positions, managing interviews, offers and the onboarding process.
• Handle HR operations such as employee confirmations, transfers, resignations and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Assist with monthly payroll checks and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS) and support benefits administration.
• Support employee engagement activities, HR initiatives and employee‑relations matters.
• Organise training sessions, maintain training records and prepare basic HR reports and headcount updates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or service industries.
• Strong interest in HR operations and people support.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Excel and HR systems.
