People & Culture Intern, Asia 2027

About the role

Accor, a group of over 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries, is looking for a full-time People & Culture intern for its Asia region in 2027. The intern supports regional People & Culture initiatives and leadership teams with project coordination, administrative support and analytical work.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, Social Care & Impact, Human Rights and RiiSE programs across the region.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports and communication materials for regional meetings and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate regional events, surveys, action plans and data collection, and contribute to research and benchmarking projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Passionate about people, culture, employee engagement and workplace inclusion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage several priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
