People & Culture Intern (International & Corporate, AI Central)

About the role

NCS, a technology services firm operating across Asia Pacific in over 20 cities, is looking for a People & Culture intern in Singapore. You will join the International & Corporate People & Culture team, which partners NCS Corporate Units and Geographic Units on regional talent and organisational initiatives, and the AI Central team, which supports the organisation's AI ambitions. The internship sits within the People & Culture function.

Key responsibilities

• People experience and engagement: support planning and execution of initiatives such as team-building activities and wellness programmes, and create written and visual content for internal communications
• Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify insights and improvement areas
• Support strategic and ad-hoc projects, analyse HR data such as engagement surveys and dashboards, and research industry best practices and benchmarking trends
• Learning and development: plan and coordinate learning sessions, prepare content and feedback forms, and monitor and report on training completion rates
• Talent management: help identify and develop talent, build career pathways and support succession plans for critical roles
• Onboarding and offboarding: document and support onboarding and offboarding, assist with exit interviews and consolidate feedback
• Administrative support: process invoices, coordinate approvals with senior leaders, and prepare HR reports, trackers and spreadsheets

Required skills

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
