People Data Analytics Partner

About the role

Dyson’s People team is looking for a Partner – People Data Analytics to turn workforce data into actionable insights that drive talent decisions, employee experience and business performance. You will work across HR and business leaders in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of people analytics solutions addressing headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, diversity & inclusion, organisational health and productivity.
• Translate complex workforce data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modelling, forecasting and predictive insights.
• Partner with Organisation Development to assess organisational effectiveness, workforce design and transformation initiatives.
• Own and continuously improve executive dashboards, people reporting and scorecards using Workday, Power BI and other HR technology platforms.
• Strengthen data governance by improving data quality, definitions, reporting standards, privacy and security.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying automation, AI‑enabled analytics and advanced modelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR or people analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Experience building executive dashboards and management reporting.
