People Experience Intern (Events and Programs)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join its People Strategy & Experience Team. You will work closely with Programme Leads on initiatives that enhance people experiences and support people-centric goals, with hands-on exposure to People Experience, Global Mobility, Mentorship, Career Progression and Employee Engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of people experience events such as the 7.7 Homecoming, Heroes Award and festive celebrations.
• Collaborate with people partners, leadership teams and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Create internal communications for employee community platforms and knowledge hubs.
• Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback to inform people programmes.
• Track and report on programme progress to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage logistics and service delivery.
• Support onboarding and assignment processes for new hires and global assignees.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with good organisational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
