People Operations Assistant (Fixed-Term, 12 Months)

About the role

Taylor & Francis Group, part of Informa, is looking for a People Operations Assistant in Singapore on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role sits at the heart of supporting employees through every stage of their journey, from onboarding to promotions and career changes, turning potentially stressful situations into positive experiences. No prior HR experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer service to employees across all their workplace needs
• Manage employee queries with speed, accuracy and care
• Support key employee milestones from onboarding to career transitions
• Work with modern systems to streamline processes and improve experiences
• Collaborate with teams to solve complex challenges and implement improvements
• Contribute to projects that shape how the company supports its people

Required profile

• Passion for customer service, attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, as the role covers the APAC region and HR documentation and communications in both languages
• Right to work in Singapore; relocation support is not provided
• Ability to work in person at least 3 days a week, living within commuting distance of the Bugis Junction Towers office
