Performance Creative Designer

About the role

IG Group is looking for a Performance Creative Designer to own the design and production of paid‑media assets across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to create, test, and optimise creative that drives user acquisition and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static, animated, and short‑form video assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and programmatic channels.
• Partner with performance marketers to build a structured creative testing roadmap, generate variants and iterate based on results.
• Create and maintain App Store listing visuals (screenshots, feature graphics, preview videos) for iOS and Android in APAC and MENA markets.
• Build high‑converting landing pages in collaboration with developers and CRO specialists.
• Localise creative for key markets such as Singapore, Australia, Japan and the UAE.
• Translate performance data into clear creative decisions and manage freelancers or external production when needed.
• Keep the creative asset library organised and templates production‑ready.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of design experience with a portfolio that includes paid‑media creative, ASO assets or acquisition landing pages.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, conversion rate, test variants).
• Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication skills to explain creative decisions in performance terms.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects a plus)
• Experience with Meta, Google and TikTok ad formats
• ASO tools (AppFollow, MobileAction, Sensor Tower) and App Store Connect / Google Play best practices
• Motion design for short‑form video ads
• HTML/CSS for landing‑page briefing or lightweight implementation
