Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast‑growing team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and paid‑channel points of contact across multiple countries, driving expansion into new markets through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance marketing campaigns on Paid Search, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social.
• Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests while exploring new paid platforms.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business KPIs and growth objectives.
• Manage budgets, optimise spend and monitor ROIC across all channels.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Research market trends, target audiences and competitors to inform campaign tactics.
• Analyse web traffic and attribution data to map the customer journey and make data‑driven decisions.
• Conduct extensive keyword research for product categories, competitors and seasonal campaigns.
• Work directly with platform managers (Meta, Google, TikTok) to set short‑ and long‑term KPI strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in digital agency, e‑commerce or digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
• Strong project‑management abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail/fashion or market expansion is a plus.
