Marketing Manager

About the role

WhiteCoat is seeking a self‑motivated Marketing Manager to drive conversion and growth across its corporate and retail customer base. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing funnel, from strategy development to hands‑on execution, helping to shape the future of healthcare delivery in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify conversion points and launch campaigns to optimise corporate and retail customer acquisition.
• Measure, report and optimise performance of all conversion initiatives against ROI and KPI targets.
• Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing communications, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Propose and test creative growth strategies through partner engagements and digital campaigns.
• Analyse funnel drop‑off using measurement tools and recommend improvements.
• Oversee content marketing (email, social media) and track its impact on conversion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and best practices to refine spend and performance.
• Manage paid digital advertising and website optimisation efforts.
