About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join a high‑performance regional marketing team focused on the Asia Pacific market. Reporting to a Sydney‑based regional marketing director, the role is responsible for creating, localising and executing digital campaigns that drive revenue and support key business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, execute and optimise HubSpot marketing automation, audience segmentation, nurture journeys and email workflows.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), including keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing and budget management.
  • Maintain and update Australian, Singaporean and Indonesian websites using Brightspot CMS, create landing pages and monitor organic traffic and rankings.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance with Google Analytics, HubSpot and ad‑platform dashboards; produce KPI reports on lead generation, engagement, conversion, ROI and ROAS.
  • Develop and manage the organic social media calendar, monitor engagement, respond to brand mentions and optimise content strategy based on performance data.
  • Conduct conversion‑rate optimisation through A/B testing of landing pages, CTAs, ad creative and email subject lines; monitor lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Forecast lead volume, plan media budgets and evaluate channel ROI.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Ads.
  • Hands‑on experience updating websites with Brightspot CMS or similar content management systems.
  • Strong analytical background using Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting and ad‑platform dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies and manage organic calendars.
  • Experience with conversion‑rate optimisation, A/B testing and lead‑to‑MQL processes.
