Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

YouTrip is looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Executive to join its in‑house performance marketing team. You will run paid acquisition campaigns across multiple Asian‑Pacific markets, building, launching and monitoring campaigns while collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to ensure creative excellence and strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and quality‑assure campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms across countries.
• Refresh creatives regularly, upload assets through pipelines, and maintain clean naming conventions and tracking parameters.
• Monitor daily pacing against budgets and manage ad‑account administration (users, billing, invoices, policy issues).
• Produce weekly performance reports, analyse data, provide insights and recommend optimisations.
• Keep cost trackers up to date, reconcile numbers and maintain audience syncs, exclusion lists and conversion event checks.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for country teams, handling execution questions, paid amplification of content, and platform account manager queries.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in paid social or paid search, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven track record building and optimising campaigns on Meta and at least one of Google or TikTok.
• Strong attention to detail with tracking parameters, naming, budgets and dates.
• Ability to spot anomalies in data before others.
• High competency in AI platforms is a plus; experience with app‑marketing tools such as AppsFlyer is preferred.
