Performance & Transformation Manager

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Performance & Transformation Manager for its Satair commercial unit, based in Singapore. The role acts as the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in the region, bridging regional teams with the central ASCX pillars of processes, performance, data analytics and automation, and driving change and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Be accountable for the regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics.
• Lead and support regional and global transformation projects, aiming for timely milestones through LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the AOS (Airbus Operating System) regional roadmap.
• Represent ASCX in the region, including R-CSRB (Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board) and other commercial forums, and represent the region in global projects outside ASCX.
• Drive a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement within the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, influence without authority and presentation to senior leadership.
• Compliance awareness and integrity.

Required skills

• Project management tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data reporting interfaces (Skywise)
• Agile and LBIP frameworks
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean or similar process improvement methods are preferred
