About the role
Join UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, as a Permanent Part‑Time Data Entry Clerk. You will support customs clearance by accurately scanning and entering shipment documentation into the IDIS system.
Key responsibilities
- Key entry of shipment information and upload to the mainframe.
- Audit paperwork, print barcodes and scan documents into IDIS.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for smooth customs clearance.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain orderly paperwork.
- Verify and audit discrepancy reports.
- Contact customers by phone or email to obtain missing documentation.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- At least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Team player able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate with a typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Willingness to work evening shifts (6‑10 pm UPS House, 5‑9 pm Hub) and one Saturday per month (4‑8 pm).
- Flexibility to work overtime or on public holidays when required.
- Work location alternating between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
