About the role
The Personal Assistant will provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support to the Principal, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel and stakeholder interactions. This role is pivotal in managing schedules, preparing documentation and facilitating secure access for guests and media.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Principal’s calendar in consultation with stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions between appointments.
- Coordinate security clearance for guests, media and visitors to MinLaw as required.
- Identify and book suitable venues for meetings, forums and official events.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas and related documentation.
- Support staffing officers with overseas official trips, including travel arrangements and drafting administrative correspondence.
Required profile
- Experience providing C‑suite corporate secretarial support.
- Previous public‑service experience, especially in coordination roles.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
