Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist to join our team at RN CARE PTE. LTD in Singapore. The role involves ensuring safe and accurate medication management while providing professional advice to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare medication by reviewing and interpreting physicians’ orders and detecting any incompatibilities.
• Dispense, package and label pharmaceuticals in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Interact directly with customers and patients, offering counselling on health issues, symptoms and medication use.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and staff information.
• Verify that all prescriptions are fully and accurately endorsed.
• Ensure all pharmacy procedures comply with legal requirements and the Singapore Pharmacy Council’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Recognized degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
