Physiotherapy Aide – Nursing Home

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapy Aide to join our nursing home team in Singapore. You will work closely with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to help residents improve their physical function through guided therapeutic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance overall physical function.
• Support physiotherapists and occupational therapists during individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor treatment compliance, record developmental milestones and any concerns.
• Set up therapy equipment and ensure the treatment area is clean and safe.
• Observe resident progress and report challenges to the occupational therapist.

Required profile

• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support) or NITEC in Community Care & Social Services.
• Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare or therapy support role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
