Staff Nurse – Autism Care

About the role

The role involves providing specialised nursing care for adults with autism and other special needs across Singapore. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, therapeutic support and promote the wellbeing of residents.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments and wound care as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise individualised care plans in collaboration with allied health, behaviour support and therapy professionals.
• Provide emotional support during meltdowns and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
• Supervise and mentor nurse aides or healthcare assistants, offering clinical guidance and training.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Relevant experience caring for adults with special needs.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Wound care.
• Clinical documentation.
