Placemaking Executive

About the role

JLL is hiring a Placemaking Executive for an on-site position in Singapore. The role aims to ensure tenant satisfaction, improve tenant retention and promote a harmonious and productive environment for all occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly meeting documents and minutes, and organise social events and meetings.
• Implement tenant retention strategies, run tenant programmes, events and networking opportunities to build community and collaboration.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify ways to improve tenant satisfaction and attract new tenants.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, variance reports and annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts for operating expenditure, and manage accounts payable including collection and invoice approvals.
• Respond to tenant problems and concerns, ensure compliance with rules and regulations, and achieve KPIs and target deliverables.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with tenants, understand their needs and resolve conflicts.
• Customer-centric approach, pro-active, flexible, a team player with a practical "can do" attitude.
• Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation and settlement is highly beneficial.
