Planner, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

The Planner, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for developing and executing supply plans that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and service performance for an assigned product portfolio. The role works closely with suppliers, production, order processing, and commercial teams to balance customer requirements with operational constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long‑term supply plans aligned with forecasted demand.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, capacity constraints, and supplier lead times to determine replenishment needs.
• Monitor inventory health, conduct regular reviews, and implement actions to mitigate shortages or excess stock.
• Create and manage replenishment and deployment plans, collaborating with suppliers and production teams.
• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings, providing insights on supply constraints and capacity.
• Track and report KPIs, analyze root causes of performance issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to inventory‑optimization projects.
• Provide backup support to other planners and partner with order‑management to expedite material shortages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
