Plant Operator (Tuas Based) – 3rd Party Contract

About the role

The Senior/Production Operator will perform manufacturing operations in a GMP‑controlled environment at our Tuas facility. You will work closely with supervisors and teammates to ensure product quantity and quality meet strict standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare raw and packaging materials, pack finished goods and coordinate their transportation.
• Operate, clean and perform minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the production area.
• Complete production forms and documentation accurately.
• Support other business areas as needed and attend required training and meetings.
• Follow all safety, environmental and GMP policies.

Required profile

• Willingness to work shifts or extended hours.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Strong attention to detail.
