Podcast & Social Content & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Podcast & Social Content & Marketing Manager to own the full marketing and content ecosystem of “The Quinntessential Questions” podcast. You will design, produce and distribute engaging visual and audio assets, grow our audience across platforms and help position the show as a recognised global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design podcast thumbnails, YouTube covers, Instagram carousels and LinkedIn visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
• Edit short‑form reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok clips and long‑form podcast episodes.
• Assist with in‑studio and remote filming, handling lighting, camera angles and basic sound.
• Build and execute a social media content calendar for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify and TikTok.
• Research trends and viral formats to optimise episode exposure.
• Plan weekly promotional campaigns, optimise YouTube SEO and coordinate guest promotion.
• Monitor downloads, video views and engagement metrics and report insights monthly.

• Creative and highly organised individual with a passion for podcasts and digital media.
• Entry‑level professional eager to learn and grow in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong eye for visual design and storytelling.
