Premier Relationship Manager

About the role

The Premier Relationship Manager will drive client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. This role combines sales, service, and regulatory responsibilities within a consumer retail banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programmes to acquire new customers and increase product penetration.
• Provide ongoing servicing of client accounts, identify cross‑sell opportunities and promote the bank’s products to expand share of wallet.
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain high service standards, promptly address enquiries and ensure a strong customer experience.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• CMFAS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer retail banking, preferably with secured and unsecured loan sales exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, strong team player.
