Preventive Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing

About the role

The PM Technician is responsible for the upkeep of production tools to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing. The role works closely with process engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to support daily operations on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production tools to ensure reliable performance.
• Operate and monitor equipment and systems on the shop floor, keeping them running optimally.
• Maintain high equipment uptime and tool reliability after maintenance activities.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting for maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards in all work.
• Document all service actions in detail.
• Collaborate with process engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues and support daily operations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent).
• High school diploma with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
