Principal AI Architect - Product and Framework

About the role

We are seeking a Principal AI Architect to lead the design, development and industrialisation of AI‑driven products for the Mobility Aftermarket business. The role combines deep hands‑on AI engineering with strong business‑process insight to build scalable, secure and production‑ready AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the AI application architecture for Mobility Aftermarket, creating reusable components and frameworks.
• Establish standards for model integration, deployment, monitoring and scaling to ensure enterprise‑grade AI systems.
• Design and build end‑to‑end AI applications, implementing ML models, LLM‑based workflows, APIs, micro‑services and orchestration layers.
• Develop AI frameworks, train models, set up Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model‑Control‑Plane (MCP) capabilities, and create self‑service reusable AI agents.
• Mentor and guide AI engineers across the team, translating business logic into robust AI implementations.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering and delivering production‑ready AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the Mobility Aftermarket domain.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and set technical standards.
• Leadership experience mentoring technical teams.
