Principal Consultant - ICS/OT Cybersecurity

About the role

Dragos is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead high‑impact OT/ICS cybersecurity engagements across critical infrastructure sectors in APAC. You will guide enterprise‑level architecture reviews, threat assessments, and executive tabletop exercises, translating deep technical expertise into strategic guidance for engineering and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex professional services engagements, including architecture reviews, threat assessments, compromise investigations, and executive tabletop exercises.
• Serve as the principal subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality findings, risk narratives, and strategic recommendations.
• Guide Scope of Work and Rules of Engagement development to align with customer objectives.
• Translate engagement insights into research initiatives that influence Dragos technology and detection content.
• Represent Dragos as a senior thought leader through webinars, whitepapers, and conference presentations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates and partner with internal stakeholders to expand services.

Required profile

• Singapore citizenship.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including leading OT/ICS security initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience operating in industrial environments (asset owner, operator, or integrator).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical data into clear executive guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for authoring executive‑level deliverables.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial instrumentation.
• Knowledge of OT networking protocols such as Modbus and DNP3.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, MDR, and endpoint/network visibility platforms.
• Security analysis and detection engineering concepts.
• Ecosystem integration skills for security tooling.
