Principal Engineer – Civil/Structural Projects

About the role

The Principal Engineer will lead the planning, design and construction management of civil and structural services across a wide range of developments, from townships to high‑rise buildings. You will act as the Qualified Person on projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with authorities, multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage C&S services for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructural projects.
• Oversee upgrades of existing buildings and services.
• Serve as the Qualified Person, coordinating with regulatory bodies and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, site teams and other relevant parties.

Required profile

• Good honours degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
• At least 10 years of design experience in high‑rise building construction and civil/structural engineering in Singapore.
• Registration with the Singapore PE Board.
• Familiarity with local Building Codes, Regulations and Eurocode.
• Experience submitting designs to local authorities for approval.
