Aedas is seeking a seasoned Principal Interior Designer specialized in hospitality to lead high‑profile projects and deepen strategic client relationships. The role combines design leadership with proactive client engagement to deliver exceptional interior environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive design direction and oversee major interior projects from concept through delivery, anticipating challenges and providing creative, practical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders through regular dialogue and confident representation in meetings.
• Support strategic growth by identifying extended engagement opportunities, including quick‑turnaround design services and new hospitality projects.
• Present firm capabilities using design samples and renderings when required.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior‑level stakeholders.
• Proven experience delivering high‑profile interior design projects, particularly in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a proactive, solution‑driven culture.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with leadership in large‑scale projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and strategic leadership.
