About the role

We are looking for a senior academic and industry expert to lead executive education and graduate programmes on cutting‑edge AI topics at NUS‑ISS. The role combines curriculum design, immersive teaching, and thought leadership to help organisations adopt AI responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive education and graduate programmes on Agentic AI, Generative AI and enterprise‑scale AI deployment.
• Create immersive learning experiences using real‑world case studies, simulations and strategic frameworks.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to understand evolving needs and tailor curriculum to global AI trends and business challenges.
• Provide thought leadership by speaking at conferences, contributing to communities of practice and shaping NUS‑ISS strategic direction.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, Cognitive Systems or related fields.
• 15+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise‑scale AI deployment and consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, large language models and AI governance.
• Confidence engaging senior professionals and adapting to diverse learning environments.
• Mindset of continuous learning and curiosity.
