Principal Recruitment Consultant

About the role

DADACONSULTANTS is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead its talent acquisition efforts across a portfolio of global technology and finance clients. You will own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while driving the performance and profitability of a dedicated recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for software, corporate and business talent in the internet industry.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters, overseeing their targets and P&L results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Implement best‑practice sourcing strategies and continuously improve team processes.
• Negotiate offers and guide successful placements through to onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven record of revenue generation and successful placements.
• Prior leadership experience; experience building a team from the ground up is a plus.
• Deep understanding of recruiting technical, corporate and business talent for internet‑focused companies.
• Strong communication and client‑engagement skills.
• Result‑oriented, resilient, resourceful and independent.
