Private Banking Investment Consultant (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Banking Investment Consultant to join our Singapore team. You will work closely with private bankers, product managers and market specialists to design and deliver tailored investment solutions that enhance client experience and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance internal processes to improve client experience.
• Collaborate with private bankers and product managers to construct investment portfolios across multiple asset classes based on client risk appetite and suitability.
• Respond to investment‑related queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide market updates, investment ideas and product solutions to clients and private bankers.
• Share investment views with product managers to help develop suitable products.
• Work with market specialists to generate ideas that support private bankers’ KPIs.
• Assist senior team members and comply with all regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with relevant professional qualifications (CMFAS Module 1B & 5, CACS Paper 1 & 2).
• CFA charterholder or candidate preferred.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in private banking or investment advisory.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Investment knowledge of equities, structured products and treasury products.
• Ability to construct and recommend diversified investment portfolios.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in Singapore.
