Process and Performance Manager

About the role

The Process and Performance Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives for Satair's Repair Operations and Administration in Singapore. The role focuses on process optimisation, digital tool enhancement and driving transformation projects across the repair supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage improvement projects, including Value Stream Analysis and problem‑solving groups, in partnership with the Global Business Process Manager.
• Model, document and analyse current‑state processes on the Symbio platform and design future‑state processes.
• Enhance key digital tools such as SAP, Freshdesk and Skywise dashboards, manage IT change requests and use data insights for fact‑based decision making.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Product Management, Finance, Quality and other functions to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Support transformation work packages, measure process/ticket performance and communicate improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or repair operations, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and operate in an international, cross‑functional environment.
