Process Engineer – Junior Executive

About the role

We are seeking a junior Process Engineer to join our engineering team in Singapore. The role focuses on creating detailed CAD drawings, supporting new product introductions, and improving manufacturing processes for sheet‑metal products.

Key responsibilities

• Create CAD drawings and NC programs using Turret and Laser machine software.
• Develop detailed drawings from customer specifications, including complex parts and structures.
• Provide engineering support for production processes, assembly work, and tooling design.
• Design sheet‑metal products and tooling solutions to reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Lead project planning for New Product Introduction (NPI) and monitor progress.
• Prepare work instructions, process documents, and bills of materials.
• Liaise with engineers and technicians on assembly, testing, and technical matters.
• Travel locally or overseas as required to support projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; experience in sheet‑metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings, welding symbols, surface finishes, and tolerances.
• Willingness to learn on the job; training will be provided for candidates without direct experience.
