Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager

About the role

Zenlayer is seeking a proactive and strategic Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager to lead carrier partnerships and procurement activities across its global networking portfolio. The role is based in Singapore and works closely with internal business units to drive cost‑effective sourcing of networking equipment and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationships for assigned countries and carriers.
• Design and execute procurement strategies for major networking equipment and accessories.
• Prepare weekly and monthly P&L reports and monitor inventory health, amortisation, and storage costs.
• Develop and expand vendor channels, conduct due diligence, and negotiate costs.
• Identify operational issues, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Establish team organization structure and support the Director with additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in telecom, data‑center or cloud procurement roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Inventory Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
