About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to manage customer orders, supplier relationships and inventory for our operations near Bugis. The role involves coordinating quotes, overseeing Kanban inventory and supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders, creating sales and shop orders.
Provide customer support and manage order schedules.
Coordinate with program management to prepare quotes and with manufacturing on equipment and workload.
Interpret, discuss and edit sales orders and respond to product and pricing inquiries.
Manage long‑term contracts with suppliers and negotiate cost and lead‑time reductions.
Oversee warehouse and customer‑site Kanban inventories, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Issue purchase orders, expedite materials and support NPI (FAI) activities.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize holding costs.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or supply‑chain experience.
Nitec or Diploma qualification.
