Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive supports the acquisition of direct and indirect materials, consumables, services and tools to keep production running smoothly. The role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure timely supply, cost competitiveness and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes for all categories, creating and processing purchase requisitions and orders via the ERP system.
• Source, evaluate and onboard new suppliers, compare quotations and maintain supplier records.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms and other commercial conditions to achieve cost‑saving targets.
• Monitor purchase order status, follow up with vendors and coordinate with stakeholders to avoid shortages.
• Address supplier‑related quality issues, investigate non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Production Control to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate receipt of goods.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement of direct and indirect materials.
• Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage supplier relationships.
