Procurement Executive (School Operations)

About the role

Raffles Girls’ School is looking for a strategic Procurement Executive to manage the acquisition of goods and services that support the school’s operations and educational mission. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Operations and Procurement), you will ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain transparent procurement records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist budget holders by collating past purchasing data and supporting timely procurement of resources.
• Monitor operational and capital expenditure budgets to ensure cost‑effectiveness and alignment with approved plans.
• Administer GeBIZ requests throughout the procurement lifecycle and support system administration queries.
• Develop evaluation matrices, assist in shortlisting suppliers, and record scoring of evaluation criteria.
• Manage contract terms, track renewals, maintain the contract register, and support periodic supplier evaluations.
• Prepare quarterly bite‑sized newsletters to communicate procurement updates.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in purchasing operations, supply chain management or project management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and other school‑supported applications.
• Good knowledge of Infocom Technology and awareness of cybersecurity measures.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
