Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our client’s Singapore office. The role will own end‑to‑end procurement for Newby Supply Chain’s trade products and support manufacturing plants in Vietnam and Mexico, while helping shape the global supply chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement for trade products, covering sourcing, price negotiation, supplier management and order follow‑up.
• Provide material sourcing, order coordination and delivery tracking for manufacturing plants in Vietnam and Mexico.
• Act as liaison between the Singapore office and the domestic headquarters to develop and implement global supply chain plans.
• Monitor Southeast Asian chemical market trends, conduct supplier evaluations and propose cost‑saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production and Logistics to align supply with demand and resolve bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, International Trade or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on chemical procurement experience.
• Experience supporting cross‑border procurement or manufacturing plant operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of chemical product properties and procurement standards.
