Product Communication Strategist (Contract)

About the role

The Product Communication Strategist will lead large‑scale Help Centre and knowledge‑base initiatives for a fast‑growing technology organization in Singapore. You will own the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, from creation and localization to governance and continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless self‑service experience for customers across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multilingual Help Centre projects, overseeing 600+ knowledge articles in 10+ languages.
• Develop and enforce content governance processes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, Compliance, Marketing, Engineering and other cross‑functional teams to align content with product launches and feature updates.
• Create, edit, proofread and localize product documentation, FAQs, guides and announcements in English and French.
• Manage relationships with external translation agencies and ensure linguistic quality across all supported languages.
• Act as a customer advocate by analyzing inquiries, improving self‑service resources and handling live‑chat interactions in both languages.
• Mentor customer‑service agents, establish documentation standards and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in product communications, content strategy, knowledge‑base management or related disciplines.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale multilingual content projects and overseeing self‑service platforms.
• High professional proficiency in both English and French, with the ability to translate and localize content.
• Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS or fast‑growing international organisations is a strong advantage.
