Product Engineer – Contract (Aerospace)

About the role

Join a dynamic aerospace team where innovation and engineering excellence are core values. As a Product Engineer on a 1‑year contract, you will support end‑to‑end product management, ensuring quality, performance, and continuous improvement across production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritize support effectiveness, escalating issues to the Production Line Manager.
• Provide technical support for product evolution qualification, capability setup, and related requests.
• Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution work packages.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root‑cause analysis (8D) and cost‑saving projects.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams and customers to resolve product issues.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen projects and establish KPIs (R1, FPY) to track support performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or product engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
