Product Management Specialist – Corporate Solutions (APAC)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Product Management for its Corporate Solutions portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. The role will support the development and commercialization of card, virtual card, data and payment control solutions for large corporates, governments and fintech partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of Mastercard’s Asia Pacific Corporate Solutions strategy across commercial cards, virtual cards, payment controls, data solutions and emerging B2B payment flows.
• Develop customer value propositions, product narratives, sales enablement content and launch materials to commercialize new and existing capabilities.
• Partner with regional and global product, sales and account teams to launch new capabilities and accelerate market adoption.
• Conduct market research, competitive assessments and portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities and product enhancement priorities.
• Support strategic engagements with issuers, corporates, governments and fintech partners through business case input, portfolio analysis and client‑ready recommendations.
• Track product performance, pipeline progress and adoption indicators to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams to drive product innovation and market expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with experience in product, payments, banking, fintech, consulting, strategy or related business roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, PowerPoint and Excel for stakeholder discussions.
• Curious, proactive attitude with a desire to learn about the payments industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic environment.
