About the role

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to define and deliver the product vision, mission, and roadmap for our digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, mission and roadmap.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities and support go‑to‑market plans.
• Manage product budget, funding requests and spending.
• Apply Design Thinking to uncover gaps and design solutions.
• Conduct user research, experiments and validate solutions.
• Research government landscape and benchmark solutions.
• Prepare data analytics and insights for decision‑making.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule and reporting.
• Coordinate vendors, application and infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support IT procurement and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead requirement gathering, functional specifications, test plans and documentation.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, security, performance testing, training and implementation.
• Ensure product readiness for deployment and operations.
• Review enhancement requests and manage maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with IT management, quality and security policies.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management or related experience.
• Hands‑on experience across the full product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking and product‑centric development.
• Experience in data analysis and product analytics.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Knowledge of current product trends and best practices.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CITPM, Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Experience in government projects and vendor management is advantageous.
