Product Manager CRM - Fintech

About the role

A client of Timeo-Performance is looking for a Product Manager to support its rapid business growth. You will own the development, launch and management of an innovative B2B FinTech CRM solution in Singapore and across APAC, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage new product development, testing and rollout in the region
• Identify and qualify requirements, develop and launch the solution, support rollout and manage the overall product life cycle
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team through all phases of the SaaS product lifecycle, from requirements and analysis to development, testing, implementation and ongoing management
• Set timelines, monitor progress and control budgets
• Provide timely updates and recommendations to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Management, Information Technology or equivalent
• 1-3 years of product development or solution management experience
• First experience in CRM, loyalty or SaaS solutions
• Stakeholder management and coordination with IT, Development and Design teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; quick learner, agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of product design, UI/UX definition, prototyping and feature testing
• User story requirements detailing and writing
