Product Manager - Sleep Lab Systems

About the role

ResMed, a health technology company focused on sleep, breathing and care delivered in the home, is hiring a Product Manager for its Sleep Lab Systems within Consumer Product Management. The role evolves and scales sleep lab titration products and sits between product strategy, business strategy and product delivery. It suits someone who is user-obsessed, strategic and execution-focused.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for users through research, empathy and data, testing and refining products that are accessible and effective.
• Own the product roadmap from whiteboard to launch, balancing user delight with business goals.
• Anticipate industry trends and market shifts, and pilot innovative go-to-market strategies.
• Translate insights into product strategies, lead cross-functional execution and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, clinical and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years in product management, product marketing or strategy, ideally in health tech, consumer products or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build and launch products and business models.
• An MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, thriving in cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven, decisive and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Required skills

• Solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies and healthcare nuances (clinical, compliance, regulatory).
• Ability to connect data to decisions.
